Free Nationwide Shipping
We offer Free Standard Shipping across Pakistan, except for certain remote areas (GB, AJK, interior Balochistan) where courier surcharges may apply.

All in-stock orders are processed and dispatched within 24–48 hours.

Show / Event Purchases
All purchases made face-to-face at shows, exhibitions, or pop-up events are final.
No returns or exchanges will be accepted.
In rare approved cases:
A 25% restocking fee will apply
Shipping charges are non-refundable
Refund is issued within 10–15 business days to the original payment method
How to Return or Exchange (Online Orders Only)
Contact our customer support via phone or WhatsApp to obtain an RA number.
Ship the item to the address provided by our support team.
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
Exchanges depend on stock availability.
Exchange shipping charges will be paid by the customer.

Used, damaged, or altered products cannot be returned or exchanged.
International Orders (Shipping from Pakistan)
We use DHL, FedEx, UPS, or Pakistan Post for international deliveries.
