1. Eligibility for Returns/Exchanges
Returns or exchanges are accepted only for online or mail orders.
Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
Returns or exchanges must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order.
Damaged or defective items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Contact our customer support team via phone or WhatsApp to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.
Include the RA number and a clear note inside the package explaining the reason for the return or exchange.
Ship the item to the address provided by our support team.
Returns must be sent prepaid using the least expensive courier method.
3. Exchange Policy
Exchanges can be made for items of equal value within 7 days of delivery.
Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
Customers are responsible for any shipping charges related to exchanges.
4. Refund Policy
Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 10–15 business days to the original payment method.
Shipping fees, convenience charges, and COD charges (if any) are non-refundable.
A 25% restocking fee may apply for approved returns in certain cases.
5. Defective or Damaged Items
If your product is defective or damaged due to manufacturing, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
Do not return any item without a Return Authorization (RA) number.
Returns without RA will be refused.
6. Important Notes
Used, altered, or damaged products (caused by the customer) cannot be returned or exchanged.
Items returned without original packaging or without RA number will not be accepted.
HP GEARZ reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange that does not comply with these terms.
